Worship Event
Last Sunday New Hope held a foundation service for our new Church building. Each person was given a peice of chalk and asked towrite several verses around the worship facility to act as a foundation for our new church home. It was a very powerful worship experience partially because verses covered nearly the entire space when we were finished. But more so because the words of God we expressed were our own, they were what God had placed on our heart, they were "Us". They were also chalk, and will be absorbed into carpeting and glue as our construction continues. So in a way these words, spoken by God, have become a real part of our new facility.
